Thanks for all your great advice and detailed website. But we need to find a stucco contractor who can do fogging. (We have color coated stucco.) Do you know anyone in Southern California – Malibu area that does this work?

Unlike paint, which creates a film on the surface, fog coat is a cement-based product that actually bonds with the stucco itself, so the finish looks natural and still breathes. It’s most often sprayed on in a fine mist, giving a soft, uniform color while letting the original stucco texture show through.
